RETURN POLICY:
Physical materials (Home Study, Textbook, Standards, Lapel Pin): We allow for return of physical products within 30 days of purchase. The purchaser is responsible for the costs of shipping the materials back to our offices. If returning, the product must still be in like-new condition and re-sellable condition for a refund. It is suggested to get insurance payable to AAMCN for the cost of the product in case of loss by the shipping company.
Non-Physical materials (Online Only Home Study, Membership): You may cancel a membership for a full refund within 30 days, if you have not used the membership discount for purchasing items, unless you are returned said items. You may return the Online Only Home Study within 30 days for a full refund if you have not submitted the Home study posttest or evaluation.
Special Note: If you are on the fence about If the home study is right for you, we strongly encourage you to purchase the online-only home study program which has a much easier return process. Then, if you'd like to add the physical books to your program, you can email aamcnadmin@aamcn.org for a special purchase for $50.

When purchasing any item, make sure you have identified the exact product that meets your needs. Membership has several options based on your degree/professional status.
If you have received a "value code", you enter it at the "checkout" location.
When purchasing group memberships:
- There are per membership price advantages for larger quantities.
- You pick the category, then in checkout you pick the quantity.
- The math is completed for you in your checkout cart.
